To start we’ll move through a yoga sequence designed specifically to awaken our creativity which is said to reside in our sacral chakra. Expect a fluid practice with lots of work into the hips and spine.

With our creative juices now well and truly flowing, we’ll settle into the life drawing led by the wonderful Phoebe - all materials provided.
