Who am I?

My work has focused on nude feminine forms for the past three years.

I began by painting myself, in an effort to become comfortable with my lockdown body. Through the process I developed a much healthier relationship with my body image. When speaking to others about my new found confidence, they asked if I could paint them too. I was delighted to share the feeling you get from seeing your body as art, it’s a liberating experience and a huge confidence boost! I hope to continue to help other people to feel empowered in their own skin through my artwork.

It’s been a wild ride, but I’m buzzing for the future!

Achievements so far…

Exhibited as part of the I Am Woman Exhibition with Globe Arts in Huddersfield.

Regular stall holder at local markets in the North East, including Made.UpNorth, The Ouseburn Market, Luna Night Market.

Hosting regular life drawing sessions at Shanti Bee in Heaton.

Hosting kink positive Shibari bondage life drawing sessions at Zerox, to celebrate the art of rope bondage.

Freelance Festival Coordinator for The Durham Fringe Festival 2023, celebrating all things fringe and performance.

Scenic Artist for Durham School Theatre productions including Aladdin (2022) OZ (2022) and A Midsummer Nights Dream (2023).
